Determine the correct size of shoes

1. Based on your child's age, use our "Sizing Chart" as a reference.

2. Want to be more Precise? 

There are tips to measure the little feet:

 Always check fit with the child standing. The shoe should be approximately ½ inch longer  than the baby's foot.

Baby’s feet grow fast, so you’ll want to remember to measure your baby’s feet often to       ensure his/her shoes are fitting correctly. It is important to allow at least one finger’s width from the end of the longest toe to the tip of the shoe or ¼ to ½” (½ – 1 cm) extra when selecting footwear sizes. If your child wears thick socks inside baby shoes or booties, you may want to allow for some additional room.

If you are not familiar with how our shoes fit, please see our online Size Chart for an approximate guide. To help even further - simply trace each foot (while standing). Then mark with a ruler the actual size in inches from the heel to the tip of the longest toe, and then email to us along with your child/pet’s picture(s) /drawing(s).

   2. Select the shoe styles,material & colors, and sizes.

   3. Choose gift wrapping package.

   4. Upload the photograph that you have chosen on our website and email us.

   5. Click the "Add to Cart" button to place the order in your shopping cart.

   6. Fill out your payment information and click "Check out" to complete your order.

Upload your child/pet's photograph

1. A high-quality JPEG of your selected photograph. You could also add some of your child's      drawing along with your child's picture.

2. Due to the limitation of surface of the shoe upper, we only accept ONE picture for a pair of    shoes.

3. The smoother the material chosen the better the resolution of the picture. Also be careful to     ensure the colors in the photograph are not similar to the color of the base material for a         clearer result.

Shipping

Domestic and International

We are happy to ship our product worldwide. We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail, Express Mail for domestic orders, and worldwide via US Postal Service Global Express Mail. Normally, orders are shipped the same day the product is finished. Depending on the destination country and the time it takes to clear your local customs, delivery takes about 2 to 8 business days.

US and International online order shipping charges are calculated automatically at the time of order based on the quantity and destination of the package. Once items are in your shopping cart, you may preview the shipping rate by enter you ship-to zip Code to caluculate the shipping fee and tax (if the shipping address is in California) located above the chechout page.

Order and Shipping Timeline

We will begin manufacturing processing the product(s) three days after receiving payment and will ship them within 30 days. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
